Shannon Elizabeth, the iconic actress who played Nadia in American Pie (1999) and also starred in Scary Movie, has revealed that her foray into OnlyFans generated more than one million dollars in just nine days. The news, confirmed in an interview with Variety, marks a turning point in her professional and personal life.
The 52-year-old actress opened her account on the platform in April 2026, amid her divorce from South African conservationist Simon Borchert. According to her, the idea came up during a conversation with her representative, Joseph D. Reitman, while she was looking for a way to reinvent herself: “I was in the middle of a divorce here in South Africa and was chatting with my rep about what to do next and how to get my life back on track. I had neglected a lot of things, and he suggested it as an option.”
“I passed the million-dollar mark in nine days. It was truly surprising, and I felt very honored that my fans supported me. I had no idea what to expect, and the response has been incredible.”
From $10 to Millionaire in a Week
In an interview with OkDiario, Elizabeth confessed that before launching on OnlyFans her financial situation was critical: “I went from having only $10 in my bank account to earning a million in nine days.” According to data confirmed by her representative Andy Bachman (CEO of Creators Inc.), the actress generated approximately $1.2 million in her first week through subscriptions, direct interaction, and fan contributions.
The actress explained that her content does not include explicit nudity, though she left open the possibility of exploring new boundaries: “I have to be a bit mysterious. I do all kinds of content, but I don't even know what my limits will be. I'm still exploring, and as I get more comfortable, I'll push those limits.”
A Digital Pioneer Since the 90s
Shannon Elizabeth's relationship with digital platforms is not new. After the success of American Pie in 1999, she was one of the first actresses to create her own website to connect with fans. At that time, she recalled, “the only people who had websites were porn stars.” She even organized a live chat that crashed her site's servers.

With her financial independence restored, Elizabeth plans to return to acting, but this time also as a producer and director: “I'm going to participate as a producer and actress in a project, and we're looking at others that have been proposed.
