Mario Pergolini has maintained a close relationship with Argentine rock legends. Recently, the host also participated in a media controversy by defending Florencia Peña after the spread of false information about Jorge Messi. Pergolini recalled that he himself spread a fake news story about Phil Collins in his early days at Rock & Pop radio, questioning the current media race for scoops.
His program Otro Día Perdido, broadcast on El Trece, has become a space where musicians can show their most human side, away from stage pressures.
