Historic Start: Vipos Aqueduct to Bring Water to 245,000 in Tucumán
On July 3, 2026, construction officially began on the Vipos Aqueduct, the most crucial water infrastructure project in northwestern Argentina's Tucumán province over the last half-century. With an investment exceeding 178 billion Argentine pesos, backed by the IDB, the project will triple the water flow and benefit over 245,000 residents.
