Justicia valida la protesta en FATE y el Gobierno anuncia multas millonarias por incumplimiento

En una jornada clave para el conflicto laboral, la Sala II de la Cámara de Apelación de San Isidro revocó el desalojo de los trabajadores que ocupan la planta desde el 19 de febrero, reconociendo el derecho constitucional a huelga. Paralelamente, el Ministerio de Capital Humano inició un sumario a la empresa por no pagar los salarios de la segunda quincena de febrero durante la conciliación obligatoria, con multas que podrían alcanzar el 2000% del salario mínimo por cada empleado afectado.
